One of the most pleasing aspects for any club is to witness positive youth development. Domingos Quina has the potential to become a seasoned regular for the team, but he has continually been linked with a move to Barcelona.
As Sky Sports reported, Barcelona are interested in holding talks with our talented winger, who could be available for an astoundingly low price of £600,000. To date, Quina has amassed six senior appearances for the club, and the talented winger has been competing in the UEFA Under 19 European Championship in Finland.
Our official club account on Twitter congratulated Quina on his success with Portugal who triumphed 4-3 against Italy to win the tournament, and our winger started in all of the games for his country.
While his immediate future may still be unclear, it’s evident what West Ham fans think of his situation. Here’s how the supporters responded to the tweet on social media.
If we do sell him to a small club like Barcelona we should definitely insist on a buy back clause for when he becomes great 👍🏻 #COYI
