West Ham United fans have been reacting to the latest post by the official Hammers Twitter account after the club shared an update from the warm-weather training camp in Marbella.
The Hammers are currently away from East London as Manuel Pellegrini hopes a short-break in Spain will help key players return to fitness and the side will come back stronger than they left having taken two points from a possible 15.
But it’s not the returning stars like Manuel Lanzini and Fabian Balbuena who caught most of the attention from the fanbase.
Instead, strikers Andy Carroll and Javier Hernandez came under particular scrutiny in the wake of the latest Marbella clip, which included shots of the squad running training drills.
Fans replied to the post noting that they’ve “seen milk turn quicker” than Carroll, and that Hernandez is just as bad on the practice fields as he is the real pitch.
Neither are particularly flattering for the attacking duo, but neither can argue against the points being made going on their respective form this season that has seen a combined four goals in the Premier League…
