Everton Without Cahill

Everton will be without Tim Cahill for the match with West Ham, following his long-term knee ligament injury.

But they will have on-loan goalkeeper Tim Howard back in the squad after being ineligible to play against Manchester United in midweek.

Good news for Hammers fans, there is also a doubt over striker Andrew Johnson, who has missed the last two matches due to a hamstring problem.

Tony Hibbert, Alessandro Pistone, Paddy Boyle and Gary Naysmith are also still recovering from lengthy injuries.
