Looking at some comments, attributed to Sam Allardyce, it looks as if West Ham United never did get around to changing the terms and conditions of the contract of Mohamed Diame.

Diame, as you are all probably aware, has a clause inserted in his contract whereby he can leave if a club offers a certain fee. Now this fee was rumoured to be as little as £3.5 million, but Sam has already hinted that it is higher than that.

But, discussing the player`s alleged unrest, Big Sam has remarked,

“His future will bubble up in the summer again so it`s up to us to give Mo our best offer.”

If we can`t keep him then we`ll use the money to try and get a better player than him. There is still a buy-out clause, but no-one triggered that in January.”

Which leads us on to the big question – Will he, or won`t he, stay?
