Manuel Pellegrini’s future is really up in the air at the moment. The Hammers have got a lot of issues with the way their club is playing and you can’t blame them. The Chilean has overseen just one win in his last nine games, and something has to give.
Well I have mixed news. Those close to the board are saying they have no intention of sacking him and he will be in charge for next couple of games at least, those close to Pellegrini do not think he has long left. Either way I’m convinced he will be the manager against Spurs https://t.co/SRy3LQQHkI

As the fans have started to serious questions over Pellegrini, and ExWHUemployee has been on Twitter to give the fans an update, claiming that the gaffer has got the faith of the board and will be in charge for the upcoming game against Tottenham after the international break.
However, it’s also claimed that people close to the manager believe he doesn’t have much time left, so whether or not a defeat against Spurs would be the end of Pellegrini, only time will tell, for now, though, the fans are far from happy with the situation, and have been having their say on it on Twitter.
Should Manuel Pellegrini be backed or sacked?
Backed!
Sacked!
You can read those fans’ verdict on Pellegrini here:
For me spurs will define if he stays or goes. Players shouldnt need motivating for that but if he can’t get them motivated for spurs then that says it all for me.

Sounds like he’s a dead man walking in which case there’s no point in keeping him. If the players think he’s off it will massively impact performances!

There’s a clear pack of faith in his tactics and motivation. He should take the hint and go now. We’ve had our “easy start” and blown it. Now we’re in a relegation fight with a clueless gaffer.

Dows he have any performance clauses in his contract?

Getting smashed by Spurs will surely seal it. The fuss this club makes when we best them shows how much it means, so to get a hiding from them wouldn’t sit well with anyone associated with West Ham.

I never been one for calling for managers heads but he is responsible for playing Roberto yesterday. He has to go!

The Irons aren’t all sold on Pellegrini, and it seems a few of them are keen on letting him go.
