It is looking exceedingly unlikely that Andy Carroll will remain a West Ham United player come the end of his season long loan spell.
Stories circulating in the media infer that the Hammers don`t believe the striker justifies a potential £17 million transfer fee coupled with a weekly salary of £84,000 a week, following his performances this season with an inside source quoted as having remarked to the media,
“The move for Carroll is just too expensive.”
“In the current economic climate, £17 million plus £84,000 a week over four years would add up to £33 million and we need to cut our cloth.”
It all seems to make sense to me, how about you?
