West Ham are struggling to find their feet in the Premier League this season, losing seven of their opening 13 matches and picking up just three victories.
Manuel Pellegrini spent heavily in the summer by splashing over £100m on new recruits but it seems his side is still calling out for additional reinforcements, which will likely lead the Hammers to be active in January.
However, some believe the solution may be within their ranks as they have called for talented youngsters to be given the chance after impressing for the U23 side – which does not seem like a bad idea considering the rise that Declan Rice and Grady Diangana have enjoyed.
Nathan Holland and Xande Silva are the pair that many believe should be handed an opportunity, the latter scoring a brace on his return from injury this week, but Josh Pask is also earning support on social media.
We have gathered some of their reactions below.

Pask , Holland and Xande deserve a chance in the first team, would make some of our overpaid stars wake up a bit

Hope Xande makes it to the first team. We need a forward who will regularly get into high double figures every season.
