This season might be a struggle for West Ham fans at the moment, seeing as they’ve won just once in their last nine games, but it hasn’t always been a struggle. Indeed, the Hammers’ 2015/16 season will live long in the memory and the fans have recently been given a reminder of the fantastic campaign.

The Irons had some incredible memories made for them in that season. Their first game was a 2-0 away win at The Emirates and they would go on to beat Liverpool and Man City away in the league, as well as witness Dimitri Payet whip a freekick into the top corner at Old Trafford.
The likes of Payet and Manuel Lanzini would greatly impress during the campaign, and even as one West Ham fan account has tweeted a picture of the kit for the season the memories have come flooding back, with many supporters opting to look back to better times when they finished 7th ahead of the grim form they find themselves in now.
Is 2015/16 our best season in recent memory?
