West Ham have endured a difficult start to the Premier League campaign, winning just three of their opening ten fixtures and now failing to win any of their last three after defeating Manchester United.
The Hammers faced a stern test on Saturday against Leicester City, securing a hard-fought 1-1 draw before shocking post-match scenes overshadowed the weekend’s Premier League action.
Of the players that caught the eye for the visitors, plenty of praise was given on social media for the performance of Lukasz Fabianski – a summer signing who has already proved his worth for Manuel Pellegrini’s side.
Unfortunate not to keep a clean sheet against the Foxes, Fabianski has shone despite West Ham’s struggles and the East London giants would be in a much more worrying position if it was not for the Poland international.
Responding to a tweet from West Ham’s official Twitter account, plenty of supporters responded to praise the 33-year-old former Swansea City man and heralded him as a superb addition in Pellegrini’s spending spree.
We have gathered some of the best reactions below.
