West Ham’s recent record was extending to just one win in their last six matches across all competitions following a 1-1 draw with Huddersfield Town on Saturday.
The struggling Premier League outfit took the lead with just six minutes on the clock and it took the Hammers well into the second half to find an equaliser, with Felipe Anderson netting the goal that secured a point for the travelling side.
It was another result for Manuel Pellegrini’s side that highlighted the lack of quality in the final third, where West Ham are still crying out for a top-class striker and lack options within their squad.
Andy Carroll’s continued injury issues have increased those problems and, although he is edging closer to a recovery, the suggestion in recent days has been that West Ham are looking to sell – and this left many fans on social media delighted.

Is there a club stupid enough to offer him a contract?
The guy can only play 5 games a season, he should just retire— Stevie’V (@Steve_V84) November 11, 2018
