West Ham fans have got a tonne of young talents who they will soon be relying upon when they come of age. Nathan Holland is one of those who has high expectations to shoulder, but another man who the fans have high hopes for is young Ben Johnson.

The Hammers love the young full-back, and whilst he’s only featured once for the Irons’ senior side, he looks like a prospect and has been in and around the first team, although injuries have prevented him from really making his mark on this team.
However, as the youngster turns 20 today and is nearing an injury return, the fans have been quick to respond to a post from the club claiming that the player is an obvious talent, and that next season he’ll be set to tear up the Championship.
You can read the Hammers’ thoughts on Johnson here:
Ben Johnson is a huge talent and one that, if he wasn’t injured, would have had significant game time in the PL this season due to Fredericks’ injury issues. However, what with the likelihood of relegation, players like Ben Johnson, Cullen are those that will remain at the club.
