A third consecutive defeat, in the Premier League, leaves West Ham United Football Club in a very uncomfortable position.

After spending in excess of £100 million in the summer transfer window, the last thing the Hammers support expected was to see their side sat at the bottom of the Premier League table with no points from the nine available.

Three fixtures have seen the Hammers concede nine goals and score just two.

However, at the Emirates Stadium, there were signs that Manuel Pellegrini is starting to work some magic.

Against Arsenal, there were periods in the game where the Hammers troubled their London rivals, as supporters we just have to be patient and wait for the new signings to gel.

Following the 3-1 defeat, we’re giving you the opportunity to have a play with our new feature and rate the players, it takes just a few seconds but is very informative for us, the editorial team.

  • Next weeks match v wolves is looking (even this early) a must win game. The following x3 don’t look easy to pick up points and playing catch up after x7 matches with possibly zero points…..well could we recover from that ?
Well palace had a awful start last season and survived ok (gives us hope), but the pressure on the manager and players will be extreme. Having said that x1 unexpected win (Everton away ?) is all we need to kickstart our season and we could get a draw in the home games v Chelsea & Man Utd. So don’t despair yet….after years of suffering with this club…..I know they always do things the hard way !! COYI
